How We Work

From design intent to construction-ready drawings.

Every project starts with your design intent and ends with drawings your workshop can build from. Here's how we get there.

  1. 01

    Project Intake

    Phase 01
We receive the project from your project manager, along with the design intent drawings. Every job is reviewed and assigned based on complexity and the skills needed. Nothing goes into the queue without a clear plan for who's drawing it.
  2. 02

    Setup & Assignment

    Phase 02
Our team sets up shared project folders and organises all reference material so our draftsmen can work efficiently from day one. Each item is assigned to the right person, and we track progress so we always know where a job stands.
  3. 03

    Manufacturing Drawing Production

    Phase 03
We develop your design intent into working manufacturing drawings, ready for architect approval. Turnaround depends on the complexity of the item: a straightforward T-point might take three to four days; a complex reception desk or sculptural feature can take longer.
  4. 04

    Review & Revisions

    Phase 04
Drawings go to the architect for comment, typically through your project's document control system. We track every revision status: Status A: approved, straight to construction, no changes needed Status B: minor comments, updated and reissued for construction Status C: a full redesign, usually triggered only by a genuine design or finish change We pick up comments as soon as they land and turn updates around quickly, so approvals don't stall your program.
  5. 05

    Construction Issue & Manufacturing Support

    Phase 05
Once approved, drawings are issued for construction and returned to your team to schedule into manufacturing. Where needed, we also provide worktop layouts with cutouts and supporting metalwork drawings, so you can order materials and components with confidence.
  6. 06

    Handover

    Phase 06
We deliver both native CAD files and PDFs, so your team and your suppliers have exactly what they need in the format they need it.

What Sets Our Process Apart

We have experience in identifying the biggest risks to a project. We stay on top of compliance details, eg; fire-rating requirements on door and joinery items etc, so your drawings hold up under scrutiny. We flag these early and ask the right questions before they cost you.
